Repayment calculator
The calculator applies the standard amortising-loan formula to the amount, annual rate, term, frequency, and repayment type selected. It assumes the rate remains constant for the illustrated period and excludes most fees, cashback, break costs, taxes, insurance, and lender-specific rounding.
No borrowing-power result
The public release does not estimate how much you can borrow. Lenders apply their own affordability, income, expense, debt, LVR, DTI, credit, property, and policy assessments.
No retention of financial inputs
Public calculation and checklist inputs are not sent to MoreGage. Newsletter and future-service forms collect only the separate contact and interest information shown on those forms.
Review dates
Every public calculation method and material assumption must show a version or review date. MoreGage will review cornerstone tools quarterly and when a material rule changes.
Use the result appropriately
Use outputs for learning and rough scenario comparison. Do not treat them as personalised advice, approval, an offer, or evidence that repayments are affordable for a particular household.
